Deposit: $300.00 is required before arrival and applied to the last months rent. All arrivals and departures must be on the 1st or 5th of the month.

Security Deposit: A credit card imprint security deposit is permitted; otherwise, the deposit will be equal to half a months rent.

Cancellation Policy: Advance deposit will be forfeited unless a cancellation notice is received 30 days prior to arrival date, unless we are able to re-rent the same unit for the same dates.

Utilities: Electricity is included up to the first $80.00 per month. No charge for local phone calls.

Departure Cleaning Charge: $110.00 plus tax.
